When a charge starts
Nura's useful on your own. It's a different thing once a few families have one plan they all go by. That's where a charge would start, when the plan's set, not when you sign up. Working out who your people are takes a while, and we're not going to bill you while you're doing it.
Why it'll cost something
There are no ads here, and nothing about you gets sold. The only way this keeps running is if somebody pays for it, and I'd rather tell you that now than surprise you with it later. What I don't know yet is the number, and I'm not going to invent one to fill this space.
