How to delete your Nura account and personal data

Delete your account in Nura

1. Log in to your Nura account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the delete account section.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

This permanently deletes your account and associated account data. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email hello@joinnura.com from the email address connected to your Nura account. Use the subject line Data deletion request and include enough information for us to identify your account.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we delete the data.

If you connected through a third-party login

Removing Nura from a third-party app or social account only stops future access from that provider. To delete data stored by Nura, follow the Nura deletion steps above or email us.
